Returns/Exchanges/Refunds:

As we cannot control weather, soil conditions, plant pests, & general plant care, we do not replace, exchange, or provide refunds for plants once they have left our greenhouses.  Hard goods may be returned within 10 days of purchase with original receipt and in the same condition in which they left the store.  All sales are final on seasonal items.

Taxes:

Rudolph Galley & Sons shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders. 

Gift Certificates:  

Gift Certificates (“Rudolph Galley & Sons Gift Certificates”) are not returnable or refundable for cash.  Resale of Rudolph Galley & Sons Gift Certificates is strictly prohibited.  Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Sales And Specials:  

All prior purchases are not subject to adjustment  to current sales, discounts, specials, or other further price breaks.  All current sale or discounted items must be purchased in the quantity stated to receive said discount.
